A little cart of coffee & sweets.

our little story

One cart, made by hand

Little Comet started as a borrowed market stall and one very stubborn espresso machine. Owner Hazel Kim was baking for friends, pulling shots on weekends, and slowly realized the thing she loved most was the little orbit of it — pulling up somewhere new, setting out the cups, and watching a line of regulars find her again.

Today the cart still runs small and slow on purpose. Beans come from a local San Diego roaster, the honey is from a beekeeper two markets over, and everything sweet is baked the morning of. Hazel is usually the one handing you your cup. Follow along on Instagram to see where the comet's headed next.
