Everything's made to order on a very small cart, so it might take a minute — we promise it's worth the wait. Milk swaps are always free. Sweets are baked that morning and go when they go.

Espresso bar

Pulled on a local roaster blend. Oat, almond, or whole milk — no upcharge.

our little story

One cart, made by hand

Little Comet started as a borrowed market stall and one very stubborn espresso machine. Owner Hazel Kim was baking for friends, pulling shots on weekends, and slowly realized the thing she loved most was the little orbit of it — pulling up somewhere new, setting out the cups, and watching a line of regulars find her again.

Today the cart still runs small and slow on purpose. Beans come from a local San Diego roaster, the honey is from a beekeeper two markets over, and everything sweet is baked the morning of.
