Cases we handle

If you were injured because of someone else's negligence, we want to hear from you.

We focus on serious injury cases across San Diego County. If you don't see your situation below, call us anyway — we'll be straight with you about whether we can help.

  • Car & Truck Accidents

Rear-end collisions, T-bone crashes, highway pile-ups, commercial truck accidents. We handle the insurance company while you focus on recovery.

  • Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcyclists are disproportionately injured when drivers fail to yield or change lanes without looking. We know how insurers undervalue these cases — and we push back.

  • Rideshare (Uber / Lyft)

Rideshare crashes involve multiple insurance policies with overlapping coverage windows. We untangle the liability and pursue every available source of recovery.

  • Pedestrian & Bicycle

Walkers and cyclists have the right of way — and the right to full compensation when a driver ignores that. Injuries are often severe; we treat these cases accordingly.

  • Slip, Fall & Premises

Property owners have a legal duty to maintain safe conditions. Wet floors, broken stairs, inadequate lighting — if negligence caused your fall, we can hold them accountable.

  • Dog Bites

California is a strict-liability state for dog bites: the owner is responsible even if the dog has never bitten before. We pursue both the owner and applicable homeowner policies.

  • Wrongful Death

Losing a family member to someone else's negligence is devastating. We pursue wrongful death claims with the seriousness they deserve and stand with families every step of the way.

No risk. No upfront cost.

How contingency fee representation works.

Most people have never hired a lawyer. Here's exactly what to expect — plain English, no legalese.

  1. Free case review — no obligation

Call or fill out the form. We review the facts of your accident, answer your questions honestly, and tell you whether we think you have a viable claim. There's no cost and no pressure.

  2. We investigate and front every cost

We gather police reports, medical records, photos, witness statements, and expert opinions. Every filing fee, expert fee, and court cost comes out of our pocket — not yours. You owe nothing during this phase regardless of outcome.

  3. We negotiate hard — and litigate if necessary

Insurance companies know which firms actually try cases and which ones settle cheap. We're known for going to trial. That reputation changes what they offer at the table.

  4. You pay only if we win — fee comes from the recovery

Our contingency fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, agreed in writing before we start. If we don't win, you owe us nothing — not even the case costs we advanced.

  • We respond within one business hour during the day; same day after hours
  • We'll tell you honestly if we don't think you have a viable case

Case results

We only post numbers we can verify.

Verified case results will be published here at launch.

We don't post settlement figures or jury verdicts we can't verify, and we never fabricate numbers to impress potential clients. Past results don't guarantee future outcomes — every case is different. Our track record will speak for itself once this page goes live.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

  • How much does it cost to hire you?

Nothing upfront. We work on a contingency fee: a percentage of what we recover for you, agreed in writing before we begin. If we don't win, you owe us nothing — no attorney fees and no reimbursement of the case costs we advanced on your behalf.

  • How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in California?

California's general statute of limitations for personal injury claims is two years from the date of injury. However, some situations have shorter deadlines — claims against a government entity, for example, require a written claim within six months. If you're unsure, contact us now rather than waiting. Missing the deadline almost always bars your claim entirely.

  • What if I was partly at fault for the accident?

California follows "pure comparative fault" — meaning you can recover compensation even if you were partially at fault, but your recovery is reduced by your percentage of fault. If you were 30% at fault, you recover 70% of your damages. The insurance company will try to inflate your share of fault to reduce what they pay. We push back.

  • Should I talk to the insurance company before calling you?

No. Insurance adjusters are trained to gather information that can be used to reduce or deny your claim. They may call within hours of an accident, sound sympathetic, and offer a quick settlement — often far below the value of your case. Politely decline to give a recorded statement and consult with us first. It's free and it could make a significant difference.

  • What is my case worth?

Every case is different. The value of a personal injury claim depends on the nature and severity of your injuries, your medical bills (past and future), lost wages, pain and suffering, and the defendant's degree of fault. We'll give you an honest assessment after reviewing the specific facts — we don't throw out numbers before we know the full picture.

  • What if my injuries don't show up right away?

Soft tissue injuries, concussions, and spinal injuries often don't become fully apparent until days or weeks after an accident. See a doctor as soon as possible — both for your health and to document the injury. Delay in seeking treatment is something insurers use to question the severity of your claim.
